Writing about something you love

Write about something you like very much.  It could be a piece of art, amazing architecture, music, a film - anything you like!  Post an image or video clip on your blog and write up to 200 words, giving some background information (what, where, who, when) and the reasons why you like this. 

Share the blog post with the rest of the class before next week's lesson.

"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

Everybody likes different things. Look at the pictures below and:

1.  choose one you either like or dislike

2.  describe what you can see on the picture 

3.  express your feelings about it:  "I think this painting is....." 

4.  explain why you like/dislike it

Prompt:   for tasks 3 and 4 - use expressive adjectives!!!
